Well made but large

The bangle was beautiful, well made and arrived well packaged on time. However the motifs were larger than we liked which isn't really apparent from the photos posted and we elected to return the bangle. The return process was painfully long and tested our patience but was eventually successful - the organisation for handling returns from the seller was acceptable but not prompt but it took forever for the delivery partner to reach it back to the seller. The refund was prompt after the return delivery was confirmed. It made me wish they had shown the same alacrity for returns as well.

Also the discounts promised at the website for non-COD isn't applied when you pay; the website could certainly do with better management.
