1. When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to ship within 1-2 business days. We also make a lot of our design on order. These designs take between 3-10 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Dispatch information for these products is included in the product description. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking id as soon as the product is shipped. If for any unforeseen reason, the shipping is delayed, you would be notified by our team. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping charges are added at checkout. If the delivery country has any customs and duties, they are to be borne by the customer. 

3. Can I return my purchases?

Yes. The products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We only issue a refund if the product is received in the same quality as before and with complete packaging material. For international shipments, we currently do not have a return policy since return pick-up option is not available internationally. But you can always avail our services like Lifetime plating, product warranty and lifetime buyback policy once you send the products to our warehouse. 

4. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, NetBanking, Paytm and Cash on delivery. For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

5. How can I change my billing address?

You need to login into your account, where you can change the address under My Account section and also update new information related to your profile.
