Very poor service. Order two of these. Received after 13 ot 14 days with out any intimation. The worst part was inspite of the product being so late to arrive it was defective too. Pearls missing completely. Unniyarcha's response , Product quality and logistics all are getting worse day by day. The chap who picked the product for return never updated and we are been bothered time and again stating it is yet not picked. It is not a pleasure shopping with them anymore but a real pain.
