 Return & Refund Information

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To raise a return request, please input your information here- Returns / Exchange .

 

  • Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for Nose Pin and Silver Article(Idols, Coins, Utensils) categories. For any assistance, please Whatsapp : +91 7483725981.

 

  • On confirming, we will organise return pick-up from the given address. It is mandatory that all packaging material be returned along with products i.e. box, individual cloth bags, sealing pouches, free gift, etc . Once the product reaches our warehouse, quality check is done and refund is processed within 48 hours. 

 

  • During return pick up, please be sure to take receipt from the delivery person so we can track the return shipment.               

                 

  • The Timings for Return Pick ups is between 9-6.30. If the pick up is not done on the scheduled day it we be automatically rescheduled for the next day. 

 

  • For prepaid orders, refund is done to original payment mode. For COD orders, refund is done via UPI/Gpay/Phone pe/Paytm or the client's bank account.

 

  • If requested by you, we will re-send the same design or in case of non-availability we will initiate the return and refund process. All refunds will only be done when the product reaches our warehouse and quality check is done. Products that are damaged or modified by the customer may not be accepted.

 

  • Items that have been CUSTOMISED as per your requirement are non-refundable and nonexchangeable e.g. soul bands, name mangalsutras etc

 

  • For international shipments, we currently do not have a return policy. For any queries or doubts, please Whatsapp message us at +91 7483725981 and our team will resolver all our queries.

 

  • For international shipments, any custom or duty would be borne by the customer.

 

  • Return pick-up is done by Unniyarcha only once. The return pick up address will be the same as the delivery address. If customer needs to return the product after one exchange, she/he has to self-ship the product to our warehouse. 

 

  • For Express/Priority shipping, we charge INR 250 for shipping. For next day delivery, please check with our customer support team ( +91 7483725981 ) if delivery is available at your pincode.  

 

  • In case return pick up is not possible from your pincode, our team will get in touch with you. In this scenario, customer will ship the product in its original packing to our office address. Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will refund a standard shipping amount of INR 120 to the customer .

Note: We would like to inform our customers that all Unniyarcha designs are handcrafted and this might lead to slight variations in the stone colors.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We care about our clients and make sure that all our products are well-packed for shipping. When the product gets shipped from our warehouse, the customer receives a Whatsapp message with tracking details. 

 

  • The shipping provider attempts delivery three times before returning the product to our warehouse. 

 

  • For timely delivery, please make sure that the delivery address and contact information are correct.

 

  • Currently, we only ship silver jewelry outside India. We do not ship - Silver Articles outside India.
