A. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free standard shipping across India. Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days depending on the location.

Express or priority shipping is available at a flat rate of ₹350. These orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, subject to pincode availability.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders above ₹10,000, a 5% advance is required to avoid any fraudulent transactions.
B. International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted international logistics partners.

Delivery timelines are usually 8–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight and location.

Custom duties or import taxes in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping is free for international orders above USD 300. For orders below USD 300, a flat shipping charge of USD 19 or INR 1600 is applied.

Return & Exchange Policy
A. Domestic Orders (India)

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products.

To raise a return or exchange request, please submit your details through our Returns / Exchange portal.

Non-Returnable Categories

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Nose pins

Silver articles (idols, coins, utensils)

Customised products like soul bands and name mangalsutras

B. International Orders

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international shipments.

All custom duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process

Once your return is confirmed, we will schedule a return pick-up from your original delivery address.

Please ensure the product is returned with all original packaging: box, cloth bags, sealing pouches, invoice copy, and any free gifts received.

After we receive the returned product at our warehouse, a quality check will be done.

If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.

At the time of return pick-up, kindly collect a receipt from the delivery agent for tracking purposes.

If you request an exchange for the same design and it is unavailable, we will initiate a refund instead. Products that are damaged or altered by the customer will not be accepted.
Pick-Up Terms

Return pick-ups are done between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM.

If the pick-up is missed, it will be automatically rescheduled for the next business day.

Return pick-up is only arranged once per order. If the customer needs to return the product after an exchange, they must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Refund Method

For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds are processed through UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or direct bank transfer.
Unserviceable Pick-Up Locations

If return pick-up is not available at your address, you will be asked to self-ship the item in original packaging.

After we receive and approve the return, we will refund a standard shipping amount of ₹150 to your account.
