You are here by requested to process the refund against my undelivered order placed on 28th june and was shipped by 7th July from your site but never delivered.
Today (i.e, on 17thJuly)I made attempt personally to collect it from the provided E-TAIL hub Blue dart but they denied.

The silver holds no solid ground as it’s easily bendable and fragile the om rakhi has sharp edges we understand it’s handmade hence the edges can be easily made smooth . Regret purchasing both also after raising a complaint just received a call for asking me questions and was told someone will connect with mr for refund no one did . I am from Jaipur so yes quite familiar with the jeep making process and its loopholes

Not exactly as shown

Weight of the item should have been clearly mentioned which is not done. Images showed broader and thicker rings with rounded inner side. Received flat inner surface.
