Beautiful, but backstopper push pin is not sturdy to hold

This is a beautiful product and I wore it for the first time today. However, it’s quite heavy, and back push pin is not tight/heavy enough. Even though I had pushed it as tight as possible, one jhumka fell off my ears as the back push pin gave away and one of the pink stones broke. Can you please replace the piece and also think of alternate push pin to hold heavier pieces?
