This is my second order with Uniyarcha, and I'm very disappointed with the product I received.
I ordered one set of anklets in the same design, but I received two different anklets with different patterns. This is not what was shown or ordered.
Additionally, your customer care number is not working for immediate assistance, and customers are required to send an email for every issue, which makes the resolution process unnecessarily lengthy and inconvenient.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
